Several customers have inquired about express shipping on the eye patches. Our
normal method of shipping is USPS. This is a very affordable method, but can take
5-10 days depending on where you live. Priority shipping arrives in 2-3 days after
the order is shipped for an additional $4.20. Express shipping is also available for an
additional $15. The gowns and moist heat pads are always sent priority mail. Since
our products are made to order, all items still take 24-48 to process regardless of
shipping method.

We have had a number of customers with requests for modifications to suite their

Clear elastic is available upon request. We found that it can be more comfortable
to wear due to the extra stretch it has, but tends to not last as long. Therefore, our
general recommendation is white or black elastic for the longevity.
